Kinetic Technical Services was a direct collaboration between Rod Deans and Gerard Roche, a catalyst that has been developing over the past 20 years.

Rod previously had been employed throughout natural gas compression and the transportation industry, his training initially implemented with Nova Gas Transmission Corporation primarily developed through 15 years directly as a Millwright subsequently into Lead Hand position.  Rod was also on the employee relations council, placed their on behalf of the members on his team in part to relay and govern decisions that may very well have affected relations between maintenance and management.

Gerard previously had graduated through the ranks within one of the larger players in the power generation industry that being General Electric. Gerard initially developed his skills as a Millwright / Turbine mechanic, onward to Lead Hand position then to Supervisor. His approach to training was hands on assisting and directing various G.E employees and contractors within the overhaul and repair of larger Gas and Steam turbines, Generators and Motors.
